Since we opened our doors in 1995, serving our customers has always been priority number one here at The Mark Bruns Agency. We take great pride in being able to interact with each and every one of our customers and that will never cease from being our business model.
With the unusual circumstances that we find ourselves in with the COVID-19 pandemic, we have begun to put a plan of action in place with a focus on continuing to service our valued clients.
Our offices are nowopen normal business hours. We are still asking that each of you make an effort, by any means possible, to take advantage of our ability to service your insurance needs via TELEPHONE, EMAIL, or through our WEBSITE instead of in person. We will have staff available to serve you in person if you prefer, but require that you wear a mask upon entry. If you would like a quote or to have a policy review, we ask that you schedule an appointment with an agent so that we can be prepared and have our space cleaned accordingly.
The advantage of modern technology is that it allows us to address and complete nearly ALL insurance transactions that may arise by using electronic methods. We can take payments, make changes to policies, and answer any questions on coverage over the phone. We can collect electronic signatures on necessary documents via email.
The health of our team members, our customers and their families has always been, and will remain, one of our fundamental priorities.
In closing, we want you to know that we are taking the necessary steps to sanitize and clean the office to keep it safe for all who enter. We will have extra masks on hand for those that need one.
